  • Use ChartCom Insights content in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, authorization or endorsement.
  • Create unauthorized commercial derivative works from protected ChartCom Insights content.

E-Books & Digital Products

All original ChartCom Insights e-books and digital educational products are protected intellectual property.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, an e-book purchase provides the purchaser with a personal-use licence only.

A purchaser may access and read the e-book on their own compatible devices, but may not distribute copies to other individuals or organizations, whether free of charge or for payment.

Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, resale or distribution may result in suspension of access and appropriate action where permitted by applicable law.

Original elements of the ChartCom Universe—including its original character designs, visual representations, personalities, illustrations, dialogues, educational narratives, storylines, creative frameworks and related original works—are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes original creative representations associated with:

Mr. Bull • Mr. Bear • Mr. Fox • Mr. Wolf • Ms. Owl

and other original ChartCom Universe elements developed and published by ChartCom Insights.

The underlying generic concepts of a bull, bear, fox, wolf or owl are not claimed as exclusive property. Our rights relate to the original creative expression, character designs, artwork, narratives, branding and other protectable elements developed for the ChartCom Universe.

This distinction is important and makes the copyright statement more legally sensible.

Unauthorized Character Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing, ChartCom Universe character artwork and other protected creative assets may not be:

  • Copied or reproduced.
  • Modified or adapted for commercial purposes.
  • Used to create unauthorized merchandise or digital products.
  • Used in advertisements or commercial promotions.
  • Distributed or sold as artwork, templates, stickers, NFTs, collectibles or other products.
  • Used in a way that suggests an official association with ChartCom Insights.
  • Used to train, reproduce or commercially imitate protected ChartCom character artwork where such use infringes applicable rights.

Future Media, Products & Licensing

ChartCom Universe characters and related original creative assets may appear across various formats, including:

books, e-books, articles, animations, videos, social-media content, educational products, merchandise, collectibles, promotional materials and other media.

Commercial collaboration, licensing, reproduction or authorized use requires prior written permission from ChartCom Insights.

Trademarks & Brand Identity

Names, logos, taglines and other brand identifiers displayed on the website may be trademarks or proprietary brand assets of ChartCom Insights or their respective owners.

Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use the ChartCom Insights brand identity or other protected brand assets without appropriate authorization.

Where a third-party trademark or brand is referenced for educational or informational purposes, ownership remains with the respective rights holder.

Fair Dealing & Lawful Use
